Google Meena vs Facebook Blender : Battle of the Chatbots... Check inside for more details

Chatbots are currently becoming the talk of the town, and every software company is striving to create one of its own. Tech giants Google and Facebook recently unveiled their latest chatbot Meena and Blender, and both the companies are pretty confident that their chatbots can redefine the user's chat experience to a whole new level.

Google Meena

Meena is an end-to-end, neural conversational model that learns to respond sensibly to a given conversational context. According to Google, Meena has more than 2.6 billion models, and it is trained with 341 GB of texts to provide more meaningful and sensible conversations. Google also claims that Meena has 1.7x greater model capacity and was trained on 8.5x more data. Usually, open-ended questions are the most difficult one for the chatbots to answer but, Google says Meena can make interactive conversations with users depending upon the context. If Google can bring this into reality, then Meena can easily redefine the functionality of chatbots.
